Aaron Hill slammed a homerun and had 3 RBI as the Chainsaw Proctologists
topped the Detroit Iron Gloves by a score of 6 to 5 at the ballpark.
Boof Bonser(1-2) had a fairly solid outing. He surrendered 5 hits and no
walks in 6 innings and gave up 4 homeruns. Detroit made it exciting in the
9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across.
Bonser got help from Chan Ho Park who earned his 1st save. Jason Frasor(0-1)
was the losing pitcher in relief. He gave up 1 hit and 2 walks in 2/3 of an
inning.
Mike Wilson was subdued after the ballgame, 'That one really hurts. If our
guys had simply played more fundamentally sound, we could have won that one.
That is what really ticks me off!'
